Frequently asked questions
You need at least an AM or B driver's licence and must be 18 or older. No experience needed — our 50cc scooters are very easy to ride. You'll get a short briefing before departure so everyone feels comfortable right away.
Yes, each scooter fits 2 people. We charge €10 extra for a passenger. Riding with a passenger requires a bit more attention and is not advised for inexperienced riders.
In case of officially bad weather (as determined by the Belgian RMI), you can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge.
Third-party liability insurance is always included. We also offer optional additional insurance for €25 per scooter, which limits your liability for damage to the scooter to a maximum of €100.
All rides start from our pick-up point in Holsbeek, the heart of the Hageland. You'll receive the exact address with your booking confirmation.
You can book up to 24 hours before departure. Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours in advance.
